    After my graduation in 2013 I had a three-year study of media design image and sound at an advertising agency in Stuttgart and Heidenheim. After the successful completion of studies in media design Image and Sound 2016 I started my own company "FwinterProduction".

03/05/24 Life as a Minimalist

From now on, I’ll be telling you about my life as a German minimalist. A few years ago I came across some well-known minimalists who inspired me (e.g. Matt D’Avella or The Minimalists) to see things differently and this year in spring I came back to the topic.
Since then, I’ve been transforming my life to get rid of all the unnecessary clutter and free my mind for the essential things in life. Being a minimalist is not just about owning as few items as possible. It’s much more about owning the items that offer you added value and that you really need. But also designing your life with things that are fun and really add value (apart from the objects).

I would therefore like to give you an insight into my life as a minimalist, tell you about my experiences, give you tips and tricks along the way and share them with you. I therefore appreciate every comment and personal exchange.

First of all, a quote from “The Minimalists” that is simply very real and true: “Love people, use things. Because the opposite never works.”

It was a pleasure to explore the Saxon Switzerland National Park in Germany (nearly 50km in the south of Dresden). The picturesque, barren chalk erosion landscape of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains with its fascinating Bastei and remains of the former castle are admirable to look at.

06/07/23 Summer in Augsburg Downtown

It’s almost a bit like being in Italy. Augsburg’s old town exudes Mediterranean flair. Narrow alleys and corners invite you to stroll around on the one hand and to linger in the many small restaurants or cafes on the other. There are no large department stores here, only small stores, tanneries, jewelry stores or galleries. The tranquility of Augsburg’s old town is pleasant. But this is not by chance – it is free of through traffic.

Constant companions on the stroll through the old town are the Lech canals, which tell of the importance of water for Augsburg. They are part of Augsburg’s application for the title of UNESCO World Heritage Site.

04/07/23 Mercedes A-Class W177

Today I bought the new Mercedes A-Class W177 and replaced my six years old A-Class W176. In fact, the upgrade to the new generation was a bigger leap than originally thought. Ride comfort, dynamics and the driving experience in general have improved noticeably. The entertainment with the great displays round off the overall package. I am very happy and look forward to driving this great car for years to come.
